This website is operated by NORBURY (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or purchase from us.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to make purchases.
You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.
A violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Your content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card data is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS, PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Colors are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by monitor.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or excessive.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is handed to the carrier (e.g., ROYAL EMAIL OR DHL), the risk of loss and title transfer to you, the customer.

  • A tracking number will be provided. If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully completed.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. See our full Refund Policy.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.

  • Track & Trace is required. Without valid proof of tracking and delivery to our warehouse, refunds cannot be issued.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection. Non-compliant returns may be denied.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 6 – DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

  • Customers agree to first contact NORBURY at info@norbury-london.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Proof of delivery from the carrier (showing “Delivered”) will serve as conclusive evidence of successful delivery.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming non-receipt when tracking shows delivered) may result in permanent ban and legal action.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the country of delivery.

  • Norbury does not act as importer of record.

  • Customers must ensure compliance with local import laws.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free use of our Service.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 9 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norbury, its employees, directors, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
